The Series of Thermoelectric Cooled Fiber Coupled Diode Lasers are designed for instrumentation and research applications requiring high stability, remote application, or true Gaussian profile of a diode laser. The diode laser's output minimizes mode hops and can be slightly tuned.

The package is compact and rugged with a 3mm durable fiber cable which is prealigned and fixed at the factory. Optional 900 micron jacket or stainless steel sheath is also available. System includes diode laser, coupling optics, singlemode fiber, TE cooler, thermistor, heatsink all integrated into a compact package and drivers.

With singlemode fiber, the diode laser's output is spatially filtered and Gaussian. This is ideal for applications such as holography, interferometry, free space communications and metrology. Optional polarization maintaining fiber can also be integrated. Multimode fiber is also available for higher throughput.

Fiber collimators of various beam sizes are also available for collimating the output of the fiber for a clean beam.

The Series is designed as an OEM product and does not comply with CDRH requirements. It is up to the user to make sure their laser instrument complies with all applicable CDRH requirements and any international requirements as well.All models use singlemode fiber for the wavelength stated. Standard termination on fibers is FC/UPC. It is highly recommended to use FC/APC (angled connection) to preserve the single longitudianal mode of the laser and keep the bandwidth less than 0.1nm. Option for Polarization Maintaining fiber is available at all wavelengths.
